About Me

I believe that every person has their own path. My role is to be there for you as a support, companion, and interlocutor. The space I offer is calm, accepting, and non-judgmental. It doesn't matter what stage of life you are in. Here you can be exactly as you are, and together we will find ways to flourish.

I am Maruša Triler, a psychodynamic psychotherapy specialist and a student of the Positive Health Coaching Master's degree at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in Dublin. Working with people fulfills me, as it repeatedly confirms that in a safe relationship, we can discover the power for change and growth.

Since I was a little girl, I have had a strong empathy that I couldn't channel for a long time. In high school, however, I developed a desire to become a psychotherapist. Since then, I have invested all my time, energy, and resources in this path.

My journey to get here wasn't easy, but I see that as a gift today. The utmost moments teach us a great deal and show us the value of support. I myself still deal with hypothyroidism (an underactive thyroid), which has brought me many trials, but at the same time deepened my understanding of what it means to live with problems that others don't see.

I believe that every person has their own potential and can develop it in their own unique way. I also deem that healing our wounds is a process that takes place slowly, over time, in a relationship, and with patience. I take everything related to psychotherapy and my work very personally. I believe that I have to be called and that I really have to feel that I can give something here. I work in both Slovenian and English, depending on the needs and wishes of the client. I currently practice psychotherapy and coaching online, because from January 2026 i will be located in Dublin Ireland. I work under the supervision and close collaboration of psychiatrist Ervin Strbad, which gives me valuable insight into the integration of psychotherapy and psychiatry.
